Why it matters

Programme co-funding changes the economics of good advice.

Lower cash cost

Where a company is eligible, a programme can co-fund part of the consultant’s fee. The programme sets eligibility and the share.

Institutional discipline

Terms of reference, monthly reviews, documented outputs — the structure lenders and investors trust.

A bridge to finance

A programme-backed study is often the first step towards a funding request to the same institution or its partner banks.

Credentials

Accredited inside the system.

Our Managing Partner: EBRD advisory-programme consultant since 2021

Our Managing Partner Mohamed Sharaf has been an accredited consultant under the EBRD’s enterprise advisory programme since 2021.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does the grant pay for everything?

No. Programmes typically co-fund part of an eligible SME’s consultant cost; the company pays the remainder. The programme, not Wealth Grid, decides eligibility and the share.

Which countries?

Our programme-delivered work is in Egypt, including market studies for Saudi Arabia. For Saudi Arabia, Oman and Yemen we check programme availability case by case on the first call.

How is Wealth Grid paid?

Programme engagements follow the programme’s contract — some programmes do not allow success fees, and we check each one. Outside programmes we work on our hybrid model: a retainer plus a success fee tied to the outcome.

Do you guarantee approval?

No one honest can. We tell you early if the answer is uncomfortable.

Indicative only. A senior leader confirms on a call.
